Spectacular! I had the most amazing experience with Carmen and the entire Greenscapes team as they completed a large scale backyard patio and landscaping project for me. The communication from start to finish was clear, professional, and thorough. There was never a moment I was confused about what was happening or how the project was coming along. They finished the project within the estimated timeframe and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. The team was experienced and efficient and did not cut corners on quality or aesthetic. I couldn't be more thankful for such a job well done. I had four companies give me a quote and Greenscapes' ability to provide a full plan and design along with line items for cost breakdown really helped us choose them over the others. We had Brian and the Greenscapes team completely redo the landscaping in the front of our house, and the transformation was incredible. They had great ideas, paid attention to every detail, and the finished project completely changed the look of our home! We also hired Greenscapes to redo our pool area, another fantastic job, creating a beautiful space that’s both functional and easy to maintain. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout both projects. Carmen and his crew do excellent work and are very professional in every aspect of the job! I had a ton of trees and brush to clear. Carmen’s crew came in, removed everything that was asked for, stump grinded, regraded the land, and even help fix a water drainage issue! Green Scapes is an amazing company with an awesome owner, Carmen, and a hard working and dedicated crew. Carmen was so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, and kind. We have not had the best luck with contractors and Green Scapes gave us the best experience. We had a lot of questions and Carmen never got tired of us and always took the time to answer our questions and explained things in a way we could understand. I changed my review because they resolved my issue with the snow removal. The gentleman came out the supervisor did a great job not only for me but my neighbor as well who is a senior citizen who lives by herself and she’s pretty much snowed in, but we’ll help her, but the front of her driveway was blocked and that was due to the truck, but it’s been fixed. Green Scapes is the best! We used them for some a simple mulch bed and some plants at the bottom of our hill last fall. This fall we used them for two retaining walls and patio with a fire pit. The workers were very courteous, precise, efficient and did an overall outstanding job! Carmen was always very helpful in answering ANY questions or concerns we had.
